We started out the day with breakfast at hotel Pula, took one last look at the beautiful view from our hotel, then headed off to the train station in Trieste, Italy. We had a little free time before our train to Venice so we walked around (and got a little lost) in Trieste. After we stalked up on a enough junk food to last us througout the day, we boarded our train and set off to Venice where we had to switch to another train to Torino. The ride took about 6 hours total.

Some of us slept, an intense game of Uno took place, and I think Jesse schooled a few of my teammates in poker! Once we arrived in Torino we drove througout the city where, among many other things, we saw the church where the Shroud of Turin is stored. It's beautiful here so we look forward to sightseeing tomorrow.

Tonight we ate supper (or dinner to some of you) at our hotel in Settimo Torinese (small town just outside of Torino) and then we rented a movie in one of our rooms - only half of us were able to stay awake and the rest crashed for the night.
